    The cover for Famous Funnies #40 seems unusually sad & cruel for the young market it was aimed at. The other farm animals singing: "Goodbye Forever" to a crying turkey as he is being led to the slaughter!!!

      I spent a long time looking for a cover featuring Donald or Daffy Duck hunting or eating a turkey... alas I could find nothing along these lines .
