Green Lantern #8 (September-October 1961). Nick Adler did a nice "wash" over the Gil Kane inks fo rthe cover. (Kane also did interior).  Same instant, slightly different setting, details.

Sensation Comics #76 (April 1948). Harry Peters art.

Capt. Storm #11 (January-February 1966). Same instant, differing POV, etc. Both by Irv Novick
